Joy, pride, delight, anger, anxiety, fear… We all know these emotions – and many more. But do we know what they do in their free time? Do they like each other? Which of them are worth being friends with? Now we can finally see WHAT FEELINGS DO.

Who climbs as high as they can?
Who burrows into the earth?
Who trudges through the desert?
Who floats in a soap bubble?
Who treads everything that’s nice?
Who picks snails off the pavement?

A book that influences imagination in an incredible way. What do feelings do? (Co robią uczucia?) – with a concise, poetic text by Tina Oziewicz and witty illustrations by Aleksandra Zając, this publication will become a perfect pretext to talk about emotions. We will consider where they are located – where do we actually feel them in the body. Is it possible to feel these seemingly contradictory ones at the same time? Why do some of them seem so hard to us? Or is it simply uncomfortable to feel some of them, while others give such a pleasant sensation?

Creative activities aimed at students of grades I–III will allow to perform some work in the field of emotional education. During the event, participants will be able to enjoy a variety of activities. There will be time for conversation, reading, movement, and artwork stylistically referring to Aleksandra Zając’s toned-down paintings.

The animator is an experienced trainer who works by following the needs of the group, making sure that the participants feel safe. She also always makes sure to sum up the meeting, so that the participating children have time and opportunity to share their reflections.
